Most of our products can be returned within 10 days of the original purchase of the product. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.
***Keep in mind that all Essential supplies, PPE, wearables (masks, wigs, costumes, face paints, beards & moustaches, accessories), rentals, custom orders, custom work, special orders, balloons and discounted items cannot be returned nor exchanged. These items are a final sale.
All refunds will be subject to a 20% restocking fee, no exceptions (for on line purchases only).

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.
You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from Party On! Party Supply Store.

Sale items
Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular price items*** purchased on line can be refunded.
