SHIPPING

The $15.95 ship rate applies to the province of BC with the exception of areas deemed remote communities by Canada Post. Shipping charges may change on oversized items that is larger than our standard shipping package.

We ship to most provinces and territories with the exception of areas deemed remote communities by Canada Post such as: Yukon, Northwest Territories, Northern parts of Quebec, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Newfoundland and Nunavut. Customers living in these remote areas will be called or emailed for exact shipping charges prior to order being shipped. We do not ship outside of Canada at this time.

Please note that rates may change if package being shipped is larger than a standard package. We will notify you by email or telephone for your authorization of any additional charges prior to shipping.

We will do our best to ship all orders placed by 12pm the same day but may ship next day. All orders will be shipped during the business week (mon - fri) excluding stat holidays.

We are not responsible for delays or failure to deliver the package due to Canada post or any other courier within the guaranteed delivery time, or for any unforeseen circumstances (such as, Canada Post strikes). Shipping prices will determined by courier used.  Please enter date you would like your package by at checkout.

We will not be held responsible for parcels that are not picked up from Canada Post or other delivery facility and are returned to Party On Store due to customer not picking up their package in a timely manner. Customers will be charged for delivery back to us via Canada Post and charged for the parcel to be resent. If the customer decides they do not want products resent, then a restocking fee of 20% will be added.

All orders will be insured up to $100.00. 

All orders are shipped from our Party On Store location in Langley BC, except all Weddingstar products found on our affiliate Weddingstar website attached to ours. All Weddingstar products ordered on line will be shipped from Alberta. Extra shipping charges will apply. Party On Store discount/coupons will not be offered or applied on Weddingstar orders.

DELIVERY

We do offer a delivery service. There are no deliveries on Sundays, Mondays, Stat Holidays and other exceptions may apply.  Once we receive the destination location, then we can determine the price for delivery. Please call store for specifics and actual costs.
